At Moons Toy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
